An outdated galley kitchen with a customer wish list consisting of an “open” design and a center island

AFTER
Crisp… clean… and open. Customer now has a 14 foot long center island for all of their entertaining needs! We sprayed all of the new cabinets in place with a white precatalized lacquer, and installed a knotty walnut center island with a farm style sink.

Notice the load bearing wall dividing the living room from the kitchen, the old brick fireplace, and the wood paneling….

We removed the wall to open the space, and everything you see is brand new… split face marble stack stone, new cabinetry, lighting, hickory floors, new carpet, quartz countertops, and more….

All of the recessed can lighting really brightens up the space. The “Repose Gray” on the walls provides just enough contrast with The new white trim work. A simple elegant light fixture over the dining table defines that space and its purpose….
