Radigan Remodeling & Design has been serving the Salem area for over 13 years!
The owner of Radigan Remodeling & Design -Gavin Radigan- started out in 2006 “flipping” distressed properties while working at a local factory. He remembers how good it felt to take the “eye sore” on the block and turn it into one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood. While working on these properties, friends and neighbors noticed Gavin’s attention to detail and his passion for remodeling. As interest began to grow, and people started to talk, it became inevitable for him to get his contractor’s license and start helping other people improve THEIR homes.
Although Gavin officially began his business in 2006, his love for working on homes really began when he was a young boy. At just 12 years old, Gavin would help his grandmother and grandfather work on various projects on properties they managed. From pulling nails out of old oak hardwood floors, to tearing shingles off worn out rooftops, Gavin quickly discovered his passion for working on homes.
The knowledge and skills that Gavin developed from working beside his grandparents have helped shape who he is today and what his business has become. Radigan Remodeling & Design values high quality craftmanship, attention to detail, and the importance of getting the job done right. It is understood that each and every project is successful due to good communication, mutual respect and honesty between customer and contractor, choosing the right products, and ensuring quality workmanship. Gavin has grown the company from a one man show that relied primarily on word of mouth referrals – to a team of skilled professionals that love what they do!
